You have 48 hours to reach out via email or by phone if its an emergency to reschedule or receive your full deposit back. Your deposit goes towards holding your appointment and go towards your studio session, but if you decide not to show up to your appointment you forfeit that deposit for the time and inconvenience to the studio.
